Jay co-founded Horizon Technology Finance Corporation and serves as its Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Jay is an original member of the team that founded our Advisor in 2003 and is its Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer. Jay has more than 25 years of experience providing legal services to financial institutions and other entities and individuals including more than 15 years in venture lending.
