John is responsible for assisting the Member Support team at Integrity. His key focus since 2014 has been building carrier and group relationships, product training, business management, and strategic marketing. He specializes in Final Expense, but is also knowledgeable in Preneed, Life, Home Health Care and Medicare Supplements.

Prior to joining Integrity, John worked in various sales and retail management positions, plus studied at North Central Texas College. He and his family live in Flower Mound, Texas.
