A principal and founding member of New York venture capital firm Sopris Capital, Mr. Kaiden has more than 20 years of private equity and financial transaction experience. He has led a number of investment transactions and currently sits on the board of directors for companies including Anyone Home, Planet Payment, Quovant, HealPros, Lucid, OfficeWorks, ethology and Tallwave.

Prior to Sopris Capital, he was an investment banker and securities attorney focusing on corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions.

Mr. Kaiden received his undergrad from Cornell University, his JD from Brooklyn Law School and his MBA from Columbia Business School.
