Jon McNeill serves as chief operating officer at Lyft. He previously held a top role at Tesla, where he was president of Global Sales & Service, overseeing all of the company’s showroom and customer-facing interactions.

Jon has founded eight companies, led teams creating more than 4,000 jobs. He co-founded Enservio in 2006, a leading SaaS (software as a service) platform for insurers, employing over 400 people. Jon co-founded Sterling Collision Centers in 1997 and grew the company from a single store to a 60-store national chain of auto body repair centers focused on turnaround time and customer service.

Jon McNeill's experience as an entrepreneur earned him a reputation as both an innovator and operational leader. He has scaled businesses in the automotive, software and retail industries. He is the 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and in 2013 he was named "Most Admired CEO" in the midsize company category in Boston by the Boston Business Journal. In 2002, Fast Company magazine named him one of the 10 most innovative CEOs in the country.
