Karen has 25 years of experience working with physicians, hospitals, physician relations, group practice mergers and acquisitions, leadership, strategic planning, medical group operations, medical home models, ACOs and managed care.

Karen was the CEO/CAO of Medical Clinic of North Texas from 1994 to 2012. Under her innovative leadership, MCNT was recognized as the market leader in quality and technology. She built organization from 20 physicians to 140 physicians and 30 mid-level providers. Negotiated and guided organization through merger with USMD, Holdings, & Urology Associates of North Texas .
