Kathy Weaver is responsible for leading Ryan’s Career Development efforts, supporting personal and professional development through technical training and professional learning opportunities.

With more than 15 years of experience in the consulting industry, she has a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams and delivering results that align with business objectives.

Kathy joined the Firm in 2006 and has been involved with several key Firm-wide initiatives, including myRyan and the development of the Firm’s premier Leadership Development Program.

She has been instrumental in supporting high-velocity growth through learning and development programs, which have been internationally recognized with the American Society of Training and Development’s BEST award.

Kathy is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Administration from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.
