Kevin joined Fluke Venture Partners in 1997 and shares responsibility for deal flow generation, due diligence, deal structuring, and portfolio management. He currently serves on the Boards of Concordia Coffee Company, Inc., Phoseon Technology, Inc., and Vantos, Inc.. Kevin formerly served on the boards of Genoa Healthcare (acquired in a private equity transaction), MedManage Systems (acquired by Physicians Interactive Holdings) and Fios.
Prior to joining FVP, Kevin practiced corporate and securities law in the Corporate Finance Group of Riddell Williams P.S. in Seattle. At Riddell Williams, Kevin represented numerous companies ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies, primarily in Internet, software and communications markets. Kevin has experience in general corporate representation and a variety of transactions, including seed financings, sophisticated venture capital transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant and practiced with the Seattle office of Price Waterhouse.

Kevin received his BA in business administration from the University of Washington and his JD from the Southern Methodist University School of Law. Kevin is married and has two children and includes among his interests golf, skiing and fitness activities. Kevin serves on the Board of CRISTA Ministries and served as its Chairman from 2004 to 2006.
