Kim leads AstraZeneca’s Technology Innovation Lab in Silicon Valley, which she explores emerging technology trends, scouts promising new partnerships, and delivers proof-of-concept projects in digital health and other relevant areas.

She joined AstraZeneca in Australia in 2010, leading various functions including Patient Programs, Strategy, and Commercial Innovation. Prior to this, she has held a variety of strategic consulting (Braxton, OCC, Deloitte) and operational roles (global head of CRM for The Body Shop), working at the intersection between business strategy and technology across different industries. She holds an undergraduate degree in System Design Engineering and an MBA from Stanford.
