Kumar Sripadam is a veteran technology entrepreneur and has held many senior roles in the industry. Currently he is involved in management& business consulting for several companies through Kedge LLC. Most recently he was a Vice President for Strategic Marketing and Business Development at RighttagInc (now InovaInc). Prior to that he was a Co-Founder, CEO and VP of Marketing & Business Development of Bluewave Networks (now CelestixInc). He has 26 years of experience in the high technology sector such as systems hardware, mobile, internet and e-commerce. Mr. Sripadam was a member of the founding team at Redback Networks, a successful Networking company where he made key contributions to Systems and Hardware.

Mr. Sripadam serves on the Executive Board of Incentive Logic. He is an advisor at Qvivr Inc. He is also involved with many early to mid-stage companies such as Appensure, Outdu, Qvivr, EverFresh, Palmstar Media Capital etc. Some his key investments currently arePubnub, Oration,Paystand, Openbucks,Resume, Zafesoft, Fonemine etc. He also transacts business throughInforel Technologies a technology services company based in California and India. He is associated with IFLY Silicon Valley and Hollywood. He is a Charter Member of TIE-SV and is actively involved in TIE-Angels and TIE- Launchpad. He is a member and advisor ofSilicom Ventures. He is also a member of ArcAngels, an east coast based angel forum and recently joined the executive committee. He is also involved in many other Silicon Valley professional organizations. He holds an MSEE from Southern Illinois University. He is a member of the honor society of Phi Kappa Phi.
