Laura serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of WorkAmerica. She comes from a background in communications and public relations, having worked at Weber Shandwick and KRC Research in Washington DC.

She has experience developing social media and communications campaigns for advocacy groups, non-profits and private foundations, as well as consumer-driven marketing strategies.

She graduated summa cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in Anthropology, and is fluent in French and Spanish.
