Laurie Readhead is the Enterprise Chief Information and Data Officer for Bank of America.
In this role, Readhead has responsibility for technology supporting corporate bank functions such as finance, compliance and human resources. She also has oversight for two of the bank’s enterprise control functions -- enterprise data management and enterprise change, including policies, standards and governance for both.
Most recently, Readhead was the Consumer Market and Distribution Optimization executive for the Consumer bank, responsible for driving Project New BAC ideas in the Consumer organization, managing announced divestitures and overseeing the consumer data, modeling and analytics functions.
Previously, Readhead was the Retail Banking executive, responsible for the retail customer segment strategy. She also served as the eChannels and Customer Solutions executive, where she was responsible for eCommerce, ATM and contact centers for Bank of America’s Consumer and Small Business Banking organization. Readhead has also served as the president of Small Business Banking, responsible for products and distribution for the bank’s more than four million small business customers.
