Irving brings more than 30 years of financial and management experience to the Billtrust Board and serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and helps provide guidance on growth and financial strategies. In his most recent role he was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Synchronoss Technologies, Inc (NASDAQ:SNCR) from 2001 until his retirement in 2014. At Synchronoss, Irving was responsible for all financial, legal, human resource, administration and investor relations and led its Initial Public Offering in 2006. Synchronoss has garnered many awards for its innovative technology platforms and business model.

Prior to Synchronoss, Irving held Chief Financial Officer positions at several public and private companies including CommTech Corporation and Holmes Protection (formerly NASDAQ:HLMS). He is the recipient of several awards including the NJ Biz CFO of the Year and New Jersey Tech Council Hall of Fame Awards.

Irving is currently the Chairman of the Board and Audit Committee of IntelePeer a leading provider of on-demand cloud based communications. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University.
