Leon Gendler is the vice president of research and development at [Sisense](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/sisense), a technology company that offers business analytics software enabling its users to prepare, analyze, and visualize complex datasets using one single-stack solution. He previously held the same position at NICE Systems. Prior to that, Gendler managed the development of a large-scale ERP system for the Israeli Navy.

Gendler holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in computer science from Tel Aviv University and an MBA in marketing from IDC Herzliya.
