Lesley is the founder of Quantified Ardor, based in San Francisco and London, helping startups around the world define key metrics and become more data-driven in every department, at every level in order to scale. She is also the Chief Operating Officer of AtomiCo, based in Mexico City, a group focused on creating platform-based businesses that help close the gap in wealth, power, and access inequality globally. Lesley has 14+ years experience spanning management, marketing, operations, analytics, and sales working with companies including Proctor & Gamble, Novartis, Autodesk, Citrix, Sony, Electronic Arts, WPP, Aegis Media, among many others. She began working for and with startups 8+ years ago and continues to mentor globally for organizations such as Google Launchpad, Seedcamp London, 500 Startups, Mass Challenge, First Round Capital, and Village Capital. Lesley holds a BA in Psychology, MBA in Marketing, and MS in Information Systems, and was a NCAA All-American Gymnast (back in the day).
