Letam oversees YouTube's relationships with the world's premiere videogame publishers, including Activision Blizzard, Ubisoft, and Electronic Arts. His team provides guidance on their YouTube content strategy, audience development, and promotional collaborations with the growing cast of YouTube creators and influencers. The site has quickly evolved into the leading video destination for Gaming content worldwide.

Prior to joining YouTube Letam founded Gameplay Entertainment, a licensing agency that specialized in videogame, film, and music properties. Gameplay partners/brands included premium headwear maker Munitio, Call of Duty, Batman, and Level Up Wear. Within its first year, Letam brokered the multi-million dollar acquisition of Munitio by BDA, one of the nation's largest merchandising companies. He also consulted for Invoke Media, a digital innovation company based in Vancouver.

Letam got his start in gaming at Activision Blizzard, where he specialized in business development, licensing, and emerging platforms. He helped develop the worldwide licensing programs for hit franchises Call of Duty and Guitar Hero. Letam also drove Activision's mobile and digital distribution initiatives, for Activision titles as well as licensed games from Marvel and Dreamworks Animation.
