As Vice President of Human Resources for Gracenote, Linda spearheads the company’s HR efforts and is responsible for attracting and retaining top talent.

Since joining the company, Linda has helped integrate the eight organizations that now make up Gracenote, migrated the entire company onto a common HR platform and standardized benefits and global corporate employee policies.

Linda is a seasoned HR professional specializing in change management and employee engagement initiatives. She served as Regional Director of HR for DoubleClick, where she led key internal initiatives including implementing a comprehensive employee performance management system. She also served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Masonic Homes of California.

Linda has an MS degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and a BA in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
