As an experienced engineering and product leader, I’m extremely passionate about building, growing, mentoring, and managing teams of highly intelligent, efficient, and data-driven problem solvers. I strive to develop, deliver, and support products and solutions that serve both end users and the business, minimizing time to market and maximizing value to users, all while still keeping an eye on long-term commitments and maintenance costs. Throughout my years working in technology, I’ve found that a tight partnership between tech and product teams allows organizations to move more quickly and be more nimble, ultimately resulting in more successful user engagement in this ever-changing technological landscape.

My primary strengths are in leading engineering teams by example. I mentor and empower individuals in an inclusive manner, with a focus on helping them move forward in their desired career paths. I encourage leveraging data to make informed and compelling product decisions, vetting and selecting partners to work with that bring the right tools / technology to the table, and building and growing trust within the organization to help the team become stronger and more efficient over time.
