Martin has over 20 years of experience structuring and originating bookrun equity and equity-linked transactions with a total deal value in excess of $50 billion. Prior to the LTSE he ran technology equity capital markets and equity-linked origination at Piper Jaffray and served as a VP in Morgan Stanley's global capital markets group. Martin received his bachelor's degree in business administration in management and finance from the University of San Francisco and a J.D. with an emphasis in securities law from Tulane Law School.
