MaryKay Manning is responsible for leading all talent acquisition efforts at Ryan, including developing hiring strategies and best practices. Talent Acquisition at Ryan includes executive recruiting, experience hiring, and campus recruiting.

Over the past 20 years, MaryKay has led recruiting teams and talent acquisition initiatives in Public Accounting, Financial Services, Technology Professional Services, Investment Banking, and Energy. She has a proven track record of building high-performing recruiting teams and acquiring key executive talent through sustainable long-term relationships. She has implemented creative staffing strategies leveraging technology and a focus on the “human” side of Human Resources.

MaryKay is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
