Mehmet Sinan Toktay is the Co-Founder and CTO at Insider. Sinan is an expert in developing scalable systems and maintaining our top-notch engineering power. Prior to joining Insider, he gained experience in secure development of cloud applications and worked as a software consultant at Oracle. He was selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in ISP-2014. He also holds a BSc Computer Engineering degree from Istanbul Technical University and a Master’s degree in International Business Administration.
