Melanie Tantingco is the Regional VP West of People Operations at Sisense and is focused on culture and talent acquisition. She joined Sisense following its merger with Periscope Data in May 2019. At Periscope Data, Melanie built up the recruiting and talent acquisition pipeline with specific focuses on diversity and inclusion, and has been a driving force behind the implementation of org-wide strategies to educate employees and establish support groups.

She previously let recruiting teams at MuleSoft and Pearson Education, and has a bachelor's degree in organizational sociology from the University of California, Davis.
