Mr. Michael Daniel joined Cardiva Medical in June of 2010 as Vice President of Regulatory and Clinical Affairs.

He has more than 30 years of experience in regulatory, clinical, and quality assurance and has been a consultant for multiple medical device companies over the past 20 years.

As President of Daniel & Daniel Consulting, a leading medical device consulting firm, Michael has designed and managed clinical trials and regulatory approvals for venture capital funded companies including Novacor, FemRx, LuMend, Coalescent, Emphasis, Intuitive Surgical, Hansen Medical, and NeoGuide.

Mr. Daniel holds a BS in microbiology from Michigan State University, a MS in biology from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.
