Michał Walęcki is Chief of Engineering at VersaBox and is responsible for the enhancement of existing VersaBox robots and the development of new products. He is a graduate of Warsaw University of Technology, faculty of Electronics.

Michał Walęcki is one of the founders of VersaBox. He began his career in robotics in Institute of Control and Computation Engineering WUT, where he worked as a research assistant, taught classes about real-time systems, fundamentals of automation and mobile robots. He participated in grants and numerous research projects, like “Self Reconfigurable Intelligent Swarm Fixtures” and “Autonomy in Rescue and Exploration Robots”. During that time he developed his interests ie. in industrial robotics and robot control systems integration. The experience he gathered as a researcher is particularly useful in his current work.
