Naama Zamir has served as our Vice President - Human Resources and Information Systems since April 2013, having previously served as our Vice President - Human Resources and Special Projects since September 2009. Prior thereto, Ms. Zamir served as Director of Special Projects, focusing mainly on the planning and construction of our new plant and facilities, after joining Enzymotec in 2007. Prior to joining Enzymotec, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Barnev Ltd., a medical device company, from 2003 to 2007. Prior thereto, Ms. Zamir served as a Financial Director of Privia Ltd., a global software company, from 2001 to 2003 and was a controller of Carmel Biosensors Ltd. from 2000 to 2001. She is a certified public accountant and holds an MBA from Hariot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland.
