Oded Shoshany is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in Core Banking design and implementation, Core Platform modernization, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Digital Payments and Digital Automation technology innovation. An industry thought leader and keynote speaker, he specializes in envisioning and developing cutting-edge Banking Digital Transformation channels.

Just prior to joining CeleritiFinTech, Oded served as VP of the newly created Digital Solutions practice at McKinsey & Company, helping executives of Fortune 500 financial services companies deliver high-impact digital strategies at scale, modernize legacy platforms and enable increased speed to market at the lowest attainable cost. His work covered the full technology stack from selecting the right applications and tools to advising on next-generation Core platforms and digital architectures, to applying agile methodologies in creating full-scale custom web and mobile applications.
