Olivier Cormarie joined Voltalia in 2013. He supervises the project financing and cession/acquisitions activities.
He worked in structured financing at the Société Générale and at Dexia, mainly in New York where he covered Latin America in particular before becoming entrepreneur in the photovoltaic sector in France. He also participated in the constitution of investment portfolios in renewable energies for German closed funds.
