Onoriu Puscasu graduated from INSA Lyon in Materials Science and Engineering in 2010 (Master's Degree). He received a MSc. degree in Integrated Electronics the same year. He was awarded a Ph.D. degree by INSA Lyon in 2014, for his work on innovative devices for thermal energy harvesting with two step conversion.
