Onur Tuncer leads Business Operations for ActiveHealth Management. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that all key processes supporting ActiveHealth clinical programs operate effectively and provide an excellent experience for Active’s clients and program members.Prior to his current role, he served most recently as Vice President of Business Process Reengineering for the Retail Bank at Citi. In this role, he managed a portfolio of process improvement and organizational transformation initiatives introducing significant efficiencies to existing global operating models. Prior to his work in financial services, Onur worked for a variety of Consulting agencies including Unisys and KPMG, focused on large scale systems implementations and process redesign.


Onur holds degrees in Economics and Psychology from The University of North Carolina and a Masters of Science in Information Systems from Baruch College at the City University of New York. He received his Six Sigma Black Belt accreditation at Unisys.
