Peter Leav comes to Polycom from NCR Corporation, where he held senior and executive leadership positions since 2009. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President and President of Industry and Field Operations, responsible for leading a team of approximately 8,000 employees across 120 countries.

Peter Leav led NCR’s global go-to-market efforts, including the NCR Global Sales organization’s direct and indirect sales channels, Professional Services, and Industry Lines of Business, focusing on customers in the Financial Services, Retail, Hospitality, Travel and Technology and Telecom industries.

Peter Leav also led NCR’s Interactive Printer Solutions division, managing its global footprint of manufacturing and distribution capabilities. In addition, Peter Leav was a member of NCR’s Executive Committee, helping to develop and execute on the company’s global strategy.

Prior to NCR, Peter Leav worked at Motorola, Inc., from 2006 to 2009, where he held the title of Corporate Vice President and General Manager for Motorola’s enterprise business in North America, Latin America and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

Previous to that, he held executive sales leadership positions at Symbol Technologies, Cisco Systems and Tektronix, Inc.

Peter Leav is a graduate of Lehigh University and a member of the board of directors for HD Supply, Inc.
