As the original founder of Angel Capital Group, Ms. Qualls assists the CEO in setting the vision and strategy for Angel Capital Group. She founded the organization in 2007 after realizing that many of her clients’ entire portfolios consisted of public (or extremely late stage) investments. A search for early stage investment opportunities revealed an utter lack of structure and strategy–investors were more or less left to their own devices.

Angel Capital Group was born out of Rachael’s simple idea that Angel investors should have access to a wide variety of high quality deals and that talented startups and entrepreneurs should have a reliable source of capital. Rachael structured comprehensive services to facilitate an exciting, safe funding environment that emphasized diversification to minimize risk and maximize returns. Six years later, Angel Capital Group continues to offer a refined suite of services to a growing group of investors and entrepreneurs.
