Rachel Geller joined Insight in 2008 and is a Vice President in the Onsite team. She leads engagements and works with portfolio company executives, assisting with managing growth, scaling sales, optimizing pricing and operational support including customer analytics, lifecycle marketing and M&A. She has evaluated more than ten M&A transactions for Insight's portfolio companies, helping them grow through acquisition.

Rachel was a key member of the team that worked with HauteLook, prior to the company's acquisition by Nordstrom. She currently works closely with multiple eCommerce and software, including SaaS, companies to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Insight, Rachel worked as an internal strategy consultant in American Express' corporate strategy group, where she evaluated business strategy and growth opportunities across all areas of the company. Her strategy work included developing new business concepts, evaluating partnership opportunities, customer segmentation and technology planning.

She was also a Senior Marketing Manager in the co-branded consumer credit card division responsible for new product and concept development, customer research and launch planning.
