Rami Shalom is a visionary and a seasoned business leader with years of experience in defining, and bringing to market new technologies. Prior to DB Networks Mr. shalom managed the Data Encryption and Control Division for SafeNet, focusing on commercial data protection and previously managed the Enterprise Content Security Division.

Prior to SafeNet, Mr. Shalom founded Concealium, a startup company dealing with data centric protection, gaining experience as an entrepreneur. As the Director of Product Management for Imperva, he oversaw database, web application security and compliance and he also managed the security business for Microsoft’s Israeli subsidiary.

Mr. Shalom was the VPN-1 Project Manager for Check Point Software technologies, and was a product manager and a senior development engineer with network security and encryption systems for Radguard LTD, a VPN startup company.

Rami holds a Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University and a B. A. in Psychology from Tel-Aviv University. He graduated Cum Laude with both degrees.
