Randall J. Weisenburger is Managing Member of Mile26 Capital LLC, and formerly was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Omnicom Group Inc.

Before joining Omnicom, Mr. Weisenburger was a founding member of Wasserstein Perella & Company Inc., and a former member of the First Boston Corp. Mr. Weisenburger's other corporate board service includes the Carnival Corp. and Carnival PLC as well as The Health Hospital Corp.

He is also a member of the Board of Overseers for the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a member of the Board of Trustees for the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Foundation. He has served as a Valero director since 2011.
