Richa loves building consumer products that solve user problems and make life easier for them. In her decade long career, she has worked in 4 geographies, wearing multiple hats and this perspective built from her non linear career trajectory is her biggest strength. She currently leads the payments product at Coinbase, with a mission to make crypto transactions on the Coinbase Platform a seamless experience for all of the customers across the world. Most recently she launched Real Time Payments for Coinbase Customers. Prior to this, she built rewards and payment products at Uber and products for emerging markets at Google.

An avid reader and public speaker, Richa has given 50+ talks on a broad range of product, technical and career topics.
