Ryan cofounded CoinJar in May 2013 after successfully raising venture capital investment and over $500 million in trades. Coinjar is a bitcoin exchange personal finance account which uses a service that allows customers to send money to 196 countries, in six minutes, for $0. CoinJar has over 350,000 members and over $785 million in trading turnover to date. With a strong passion for solving problems with technology, Ryan is also a hands-on full-stack software engineer and has been accredited as a Chartered Financial Analyst by the CFA Institute.
