Scott Darling is currently Stitch Fix's Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.

Scott Darling previously served as Trulia's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and was responsible for managing all of Trulia's legal matters, helping lead its IPO in 2012 and its $2.5B sale to Zillow in 2015.

Scott has more than a decade of experience representing tech companies in Silicon Valley. Scott served as VP and General Counsel at data security company Imperva, Inc. where he helped lead its successful IPO. Prior to that, Scott served as VP and General Counsel at Danger, Inc., a mobile software-as-a-service (SAAS) company where he helped lead the IPO process and subsequent $500 million acquisition by Microsoft. Post acquisition, he was a senior attorney in Microsoft's mobile communications group. Scott began his career at Gunderson Dettmer representing technology companies in intellectual property transactions, venture capital financings and general corporate matters.

He holds a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.
