He is an EVP, Global Sales at Betterworks. Shep has close to two decades of experience driving revenue and building winning cultures as a sales executive, manager, and leader. As Senior Vice President of Sales for Talkdesk, Shep is helping to drive the 'Intelligent Contact Center' revolution. Prior to Talkdesk, Shep led sales and account management at GuideSpark. GuideSpark won numerous accolades during Shep's five years, including multiple Best Places to Work awards, and multiple appearances on Inc. 500 and Deloitte's "Fast 500" lists. Prior to GuideSpark, Shep held a number of leadership roles at Thomson Reuters.

Prior to Thomson Reuters, Shep held sales and leadership roles at NewRiver Inc., Merrill Corporation, Corporate Communications Broadcast Network (CCBN), and SNL Financial. Shep holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia. Shep serves his community actively, supporting JUMA Ventures, Positive Coaching Alliance, It Gets Better, and the Wounded Warrior Project, to name a few.
