Sophia Tupolev-Luz is a communications strategist and advisor with a global track record.

Sophia has spent her career helping global executives and companies communicate professionally in English. Today, Sophia serves a multi-faceted portfolio at Swordpen as the managing director, focused on B2B communications. In her capacity at Swordpen, she is currently advising companies in a range of stages, from start ups, scale-ups, to public companies. Her current portfolio includes firms in SaaS, cannabis technology, precious gemstones, electronics, commercial real estate, private equity, and venture capital.

Sophia served as the director of communications for ClimaCell, a weather technology developer in Boston, MA from 2017-2019. Previously, she was the director of communications for a cybersecurity startup in Tel Aviv, an advisor to the editor in chief of an international news network in Europe, and a government speech writer in Eurasia. In 2010, Sophia launched Swordpen Solutions, a boutique consultancy focused on multi-lingual and global communications. Today, Swordpen Consulting serves a multi-national portfolio of clients.
