Stan Parker has been a director of Affinion since October 17, 2005.

Parker is a partner of Apollo, where he has been employed since 2000. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Parker was employed by Salomon Smith Barney, Inc. in its Financial Entrepreneurs Group within the Investment Banking division. Parker serves on several boards of directors, including AMC Entertainment Inc.,CEVA Logistics, Momentive Performance Materials Holdings, Inc. and Charter Communications.

During the past five years, Parker also served as a director of Quality Distribution, Inc. (from May 2008 to November 2009) and United Agri Products, Inc. (from April 2004 to June 2007). Parker has significant experience in making and managing private equity investments on behalf of Apollo and over 12 years experience in financing, analyzing and investing in public and private companies.

Parker previously co-led the diligence team for the Acquisition, and since then has worked closely with Affinion’s management.
