Steven Vattuone is the Chief Financial Officer at ON24. He has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and management at both publicly traded and privately held enterprise software and technology companies.

Prior to joining ON24, he was the CFO at Electric Cloud, Steven also served as the Chief Financial Officer (Interim) and VP Finance of Grass Valley USA, LLC, a global leader in the video broadcast technology industry.

Before that, Steven was the Chief Financial Officer of Composite Software, a leader in data virtualization solutions. Prior to Composite Software, Steven held senior-level finance and accounting positions at a number of publicly-traded technology companies in Silicon Valley,

including VP Finance and Corporate Controller of Micromuse, Corporate Controller of Rovi Corporation (formerly Macrovision), VP of Finance at Organic, Inc., and Corporate Controller of Brio Software. Steven also spent a number of years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the audit practice at the beginning of his career.

Steven holds an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University and a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with an accounting concentration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Steven is also a licensed CPA in the State of California.
