Warren is the former CEO of Go Daddy. Prior to holding this position, Warren served as President and COO of GoDaddy from 2006-2011. Before becoming president of GoDaddy, he held executive positions in product development, customer care and business development at the company. During his decade at GoDaddy, the company grew sales to over $1.2 billion. In 2011, the company was sold to SilverLake Partners, KKR and TCV in a transaction valued at $2.25 billion.Warren is currently the Principal at The Nativ Group. Nativ is an investment vehicle and advisory services provider for SMB-focused technology companies and other Internet-based services.Warren was an active member of the ICANN Affirmation of Commitments Accountability and Transparency Review team. While at GoDaddy, Warren drove the establishment of the Hosting Security Forum, an organization of service providers who share critical security information in order to protect the integrity and privacy of customer data, their web presence, and its availability. He also served on the Industry Advisory Board at Arizona State University's College of Technology and Innovation.Warren has been awarded 19 patents in areas involving internet infrastructure and security. He has 40 more patents pending.Warren joined Go Daddy after a variety of senior positions in the technology market, including Vice President of Strategic Relations at Network Associates (now McAfee) and CEO of NeoPlanet (sold to Compaq), a customer interaction software company where he established partnerships with Compaq, USA Networks, MTV, Universal Studios, New Line Cinema and others. Warren was also Vice President of Business Development at Bigfoot (sold to Alliance Data), a leader in email communications and marketing automation technologies.Prior to entering the private sector, Warren spent six years in international relations at the Israeli Embassy in Washington, D.C., where he served as Chief of Public Affairs. During this time, Warren was a member of the media and communications team for Israel's Delegation to Bilateral Peace Talks held in Washington, D.C. between 1991 and 1996. Prior to his service in Washington, Adelman was an officer in the Israel Defense Forces. Adelman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and history at the University of Toronto. Born in Hamilton, Canada, Adelman currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.
