Wayne Baker is a 24 year veteran of the fire service and is currently the Fire Chief/Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Joshua (TX). Throughout his career he has consistently sought out new technology that can save the lives of the public as well as public safety personnel. Over the past three years he has operated sUAS on numerous fires, rescues incidents, lost victim searches, and has assisted on law enforcement operations. He has also developed several training courses, as well as tactics and policies that will help departments utilize this new technology to enhance public safety. Wayne Baker currently operates sUAS under Public Safety COAs and is an FAA licensed UAS Remote Pilot.
