William Fisher is Managing Partner at Collegia Capital, founding chairman of YuVue, LLC, and advisor to Wipro Technologies' "New Age" Media Practice. Mr. Fisher was part of the management team that launched STAR TV (Asia's leading satellite programmer with 300m viewers in 53 countries), where he was responsible for programming. He has previously overseen HBO's Asia-Pacific business, and was CEO of the Emmy Award-winning company that produced the investigative series American Justice, Gangland and Inside 9/11. He has degrees from Yale and Columbia universities, and his commentary on the media business has appeared in three languages.
