Vincent Win is a private-equity investor and entrepreneur based in Silicon Valley. His investment areas include technology, sustainability, and growth sectors with potential for cross-border collaboration or global expansion. He also actively advises portfolio companies on corporate strategy, value creation, and performance velocity. He was an operating partner at GSR Ventures, which has over $1 billion under management and invests in early- and growth-stage technology companies in the US and Greater China. At GSR, he developed proprietary projects including roll-ups, sector consolidation, and value-chain specific fund formation. Prior to GSR, Vincent held senior executive positions at ATI Technologies, a global leader in visual computing solutions, where he built and managed more than US$1.2 billion revenue. ATI was acquired by AMD for $5.4 billion. He founded three strategic business units at ATI and quadrupled the company’s market capitalization. Vincent was also a senior executive at a number of venture-backed companies with successful exits. He began his career in technology at Monolithic Memories, which created the FPGA industry. Vincent holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was a Chancellor’s Scholar.
