Managed engineering projects from inception to delivery, and led non-engineering projects, such as GDPR-related software compliance plans. Previously, I have worked as full-stack engineer, focusing on Javascript, Node and Java. Currently focusing on managing engineering teams, ensuring their direction and technical approach is clear and well-structured, as well as providing guidance and recurring feedback to promote their growth.
