Steve Ritter is in charge of the burgeoning R&D Department at SeatGeek. Steve attends over 100 events per year in New York and around the globe, spending the rest of his days using SeatGeek's data to make the live entertainment experience as painless as possible.

Previously he used his B.S. in Mathematics & Compuer Science from Stanford University in the finance industry, where he used data to make rho risk management as painless as possible. The principles are the same.
